As Gaurav Pandey, managing director and CEO of Godrej Properties, noted, the company has witnessed consistent demand for its existing developments in the region and remains confident in the strength of this market.
What sets Noida's current cycle apart is the maturity of its infrastructure story finally catching up with its ambition. The Noida International Airport at Jewar has moved from promise to reality, expressway upgrades are underway, and metro extensions are inching toward completion, together lending the market a sense of arrival rather than anticipation.
