The proposed premium residential development is expected to offer an estimated revenue potential of approximately INR 1,650 crore, underlining the scale and ambition the developer envisions for this address.

Speaking on the acquisition, Gaurav Pandey, MD & CEO of Godrej Properties, said Kolkata's homebuyers are increasingly seeking neighbourhoods that offer strong connectivity, dependable social infrastructure, and homes aligned with evolving lifestyle needs, adding that the EM Bypass micro-market reflects this shift and that the company endeavours to create a well-planned residential community that supports quality living, adapts to how families want to live today, and continues to deliver long-term value for customers.
