Godrej BKC is a LEED Platinum Certified property spread across 1.3 million sq. ft. in Bandra East, Mumbai, and stands 20 floors high with a total built-up area of ~15,00,000 sq.ft. with each floor measuring ~70,000 sq.ft. Every floor plate is generous enough to house entire corporate headquarters, yet the tower never feels monolithic thanks to a facade conceived for light rather than mass.
Since opening its doors, the address has quietly become a roll call of serious enterprise. It is currently occupied by Abbott India, Puma Energy Processing Services, Tablespace Technologies, Nayara Energy (Essar Oil) and Netflix Entertainment Services.
